05 and Higher may host training here. E-1 thew 03 can get a promotion by host if doing good on the training and you will not always get a promotion only if you do good. How to get admin : 05 and higher must message C2 and higher to get admin if they are not just message Grand Master Leqtrix he will reply fast.
