Camp Black cat is a training base for all members who have passed Bootcamp. It is also part of the Mew Navy, and Mew Marines. It is particularly a Navy base but Mew Army and The Royal Mew Airforce are allowed in. 1st Mew Division of the Mew Marines tryout and train here.
