The Stoarmich City of Yshtai, or only Yshtai, is the main city of the Empire of Stoarmich, where Lower Council members and the chancellor resides. The City of Yshtai is divided on three houses, The House of Harusho, The House of Hellmer and the House of Vertus. The House of Harusho supports an independent city of Yshtai, The House Hellmer supports total control of the Emperor on Yshtai, and House Vertus supports total control of the Chancellor on Yshtai.
