Originally operated by the SCP-Foundation, a massive explosion within the cafeteria led to an opening from Chaos Insurgency sleeper-cells, who opened the main gate allowing the Chaos Insurgency to attack and occupy the site. Site 61, is located in [REDACTED] Iceland. It now serves as the primary base of Chaos-Insurgency operations.
