-THE NEW OCC- Back story: The "OCC" or Orb Containment Center was the original lab for studying orbs. After a catastrophe a sword broke the glass and destroyed the orb and the OCC. Mx and Rev built this new facility in a Deserted Dessert in Nevada, if you don't know that's where madness combat took place, anyway. This facility has more tech enhancements to hold the orb better. Another catastrophe like the last would destroy everything in the new OCC.
