welcome to the sponge boarder. if you are an immigrant and you dont fight with soldiers than you will pass. but if your a criminal you shall be destroyed. boarder directors can help run the boarder. soldiers can help defend the boarder. council members can make laws and decide to lock down the boarder. gamepasses: "rifle division solder" and "boarder director".
