[RAID] Estoka Exclusion Zone N. Ivelia

Back in 1986, a test was being conducted on the brand new Reactor 4 in the Estoka Nuclear Power Plant which was located next to the city of Sayena. The test was about simulating a power outage to help develop the safety procedure for the cooling systems. However though, barely any of the control rods were inserted into the reactor. Reactor 4 began to heat up extremely rapidly. By the time the reactor operators hit the emergency scram button, it was too late. The reactor detonated, releasing lethal amounts of radioactive material across the nearby areas. This caused cancer rates in Europe from 1986 - 1996 to increase heavily. The government in control of Saint Ujerri at the time immediately ordered an evacuation of a 30 mile radius zone of the Estoka Power Plant and set up a exclusion zone. Then the government ordered the destruction and incineration of as many structures and objects in the exclusion zone as possible.
