Site-92 INSURGENT was originally a industrial supplier of high-tier metal brackets. Mission-42 C1 was a raid on this site on 9/12/2007 the date SCP-939 was reported OOC (Out-Of-Containment) and MTF used the abandoned facility to contain SCP-939. The ScD Director set up the facility for temporary testing then with approval from the Overseer Council became a legitimate facility. The facility expanded from there and now houses some of the most dangerous SCPs. All purchases are final. Refunds will not be issued if requested.
