The Preeminant, formally the 3rd assault fleet of the RIS, is now the personal fleet of Grand Master Leviathan. The fleet currently resides in the Phasmique Galaxy and orbits Phasmic Prime. It is in another galaxy to keep hidden from the growing Maroon Republic.
