Welcome to Site-189. Location is Kemerovo, Siberia. The Site is under construction and will contain SCPs that are on the hunt list of the SCP Foundation and Steal some from the SCP Foundation. (also this site isn't based off of the SCP:F we are actually a enemy called GRU Division "P" we are also in the Soviet Union not the Russian Federation.)
