The arena was surrounded by cranes, ships, a glaring lighthouse, and there were containers all across the port. Water and food appeared to be in short supply in the arena, but with enough exploration, there were plenty of resources. The "finale" took place aboard a ship that began sinking due to the bomb-laden jets that flew over the arena throughout the games when just a few tributes were still standing.
