The Adeheim Basin is a beautiful village located off of the Adeheim river. The town's an important trading outpost with a vibrant commercial district and plays a major role in the Arkynian economy. Flash-raiding is allowed. Raids are automatically official when there are six Arkynians and six Insurgents in a given server. s/o to Mephisto_Toter for building and DarkenedFidelity for scripting
