[SPAR] RTD Testing Facility

This Facility is made for RTD's experiments and creations, it is not that huge, but is the fuel for our continuous rocket launches. This is found in the southern direction of the Herman Space Center, there is a large gap between the Space Center and this Facility, because this place is where many activities might happen, like an over-pressurized explosion, shaking, loud noises. So we are all required to wear protective earphones.
