The center of the SCP:F Daemonological Branch's operations; the Nikolai Research and Containment Installation. A sprawling underground city where everyone has their part in the massive machine that is Nikolai. Everybody that enters within this facility lives here, everything from black market trade, cooking and producing food, rebelling against the people that run this place; the Foundation. Built from the Foundation's top engineers, physicists, and entrepreneurs. It is the most adaptable, self-sufficient Site the Foundation knows, and is going to know. Welcome! To the Nikolai Research and Containment Installation. You are among the first of a long generation of applicants to be accepted into this sprawling underground city, dedicated to keeping the most notorious SCPs safe while bringing the Foundation a myriad of technological advancements.
