The Royal Elbonish Naval Base and Air Base is a military base located 5,000 miles from Slavian, the capital of Elbonie. If a war was to ever break out, all units would be immediatly deployed, the military base would be packed with top Government and Military Leaders, the entire country would be placed on lockdown, and the King and Queen would be escorted to safety.
