YES THE NEW TRAINING (less detail) here if there is no hr to train you be free to do as you wish, But if there is an HR and he/she is here to train you you must follow these rules and do as they say if you want to become a soldier of the 2nd army Rules NO KILLING WITH MOBILE GUNS (unless they say so) show respect (for everyone to) DONT KILL THE HR dont joke around sometimes its annoying if you don't follow these rules you will not be stuck in the 1st army.
