Scale Spire

Description (written by the developer; not a statement by this register)
Scale Spire is an Island half the size of Shark shore that is used to De-rank high ranking dragons from their High status. If they are doing it to a royal, they will still have royal blood, but not their old status. The island hasn't been used in many years since the end of the war, so it seems to be a bit abandoned. Scale Spire doesn't appear on the map of Half-Moon as the island is only known by royalty and those who are trusted by the Queens.
