Orginally occupied by the USSR for survellance on the US, The island was abandoned in 1991 when the USSR collapsed. Once the island was declared unclaimed by the Russian Federation, the Potato Union claimed this land in 2002. This Island is located west of Nicaragua and is home to one resident. All citizens of the Potato Union live outside of its borders and are allowed to visit any time.
