Armed Research and Containment Installation - 0032 Secure, Contain, Protect. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Located deep in the forests alongside Mount Arvon, Michigan, ARC - 32 is the most secure research and containment facility under the SCP Foundation. In 1983, the Cold War only seemed to get tenser each day. In fear of all-out nuclear war, the O5 Council began looking for a facility that could withstand all but a direct hit from an ICBM. They quickly came across ARC - 32, a previously de-commissioned underground facility constructed in the 1950s. After being re-commissioned by the Council, it was fitted with the best technology the world had to offer and quickly rose to become the Foundation's most secure research and containment facility, housing the most dangerous and notorious SCPs the Foundation had in containment.
