Leviora Oshia [KTS]

Aspiring Scholar Vox Drawn makes it his life's mission to bring back the glory of the Helios family and become a great scholar in Eshia. He uses his Suraa to fly into the exosphere above Ignis Village and finds shattered Oshian remains where he builds a giant library and training facilities around it. Here is where he founds the Scholars of the Sun and gives himself a new title, Sur'thek.
