So mabye Huggy Wuggy was a bit um... how do I say this... weak, well atleast to Vector that is. So he kinda releashed a SCP so um... good luck out there team. OH and btw its very deadly and there was a guy trying to stop him but we never heard from him again. Mabye he is still there? Or mabye he is ripped to peaces. Either way... Good Luck. Or end of you.
