Basic Training A Decommissioned Joint Forces Training Base in Moloka‘i, Hawaii, now serves as a training base for III% Militia under the name Fort Vanderboegh. Fort Vanderboegh gets its name from Michael Vanderboegh, who was the founder of the Three Percenters.
