Kiev 2028

In 2007, most resources have become scarce, and most modern societies wouldn't function correctly. This led to "The Great War" of 2009, a massive conflict between NATO and SCO. 2013, nuclear weaponry was deployed and used on almost every major city in Europe and America. It is now 2028. Humanity was forced to retreat into the metro, which was redesigned to be a nuclear blast shelter, air filtration and thick, concrete walls. The ruins of Kiev, called The Surface by most survivors, is overrun by mutants but has valuable resource like food and water supplies. Minibuild built by Source Minibuild Community.
