Credits to PeterParker313 and VoIkan. While the Atlas Ship was being built, the high members of S.O.R began working on the Training Facility. Colin Industries funded the project and gave them technology that somehow teleports members around the giant spacecraft. After 6 years, they finally completed building the enormous facility, where heroes attend to hone their powers and skills up to this day.
