This training base is still a WIP, yet it is trainable. A hidden island located far out in Robloxia's oceans, the facility Phoenix earned its name for being built in a dormant volcano. There is unseen lava irrigation below the facility to prevent any upcoming eruptions. Parts of the island are terraformed and used for other purposes. (Finishing soon.)
