The I.R.S was a product of the old lore from when Robert John son built an Energy Orb instead of the Inertial Confinement Fusion Reactor. It was the 1st revamp of the Fusion Power Plant, and it was discontinued due to bad facility design. It now stands as a monument to show you that we should have designed our facilities before building them.
