During the days of the Ancient Hippo civilization a battle had taken between the ancient giraffe kingdom. The hippo defenders at the time fell back into the gates of their shrine in order to hold of the giraffes. It is unknown who won the battle as the Hippo Herd of africa has just recently rediscovered this ancient fort.
