A Testing Site, built by a secretive counterpart of NATO. The place is used to test weapons and even observe "lab rats" for their own benefits. This testing site is rumored to have the largest NATO Covert Operations agents compared to any other testing sites. guaranteeing that those who are already inside will never get out, and those who are outside never gets in. Where is this place even at? Where are the clouds? Is this even site even on earth?
