Description (written by the developer; not a statement by this register)
Founded and built by The Orion Corps in 2002, 'Site-29' codenamed: 'Frostbite' was sent on a mission to contain anomalous entities that had found their way into the world. As you enter Alaska, you will see the vast mountains, forests, and mainly, Site 'Frostbite'. The snow and forested cover makes this a great place for a secretive corporation like Orion Corps to build their hazardous site.
