CUFF UPDATE- ONLY JAIL PEOPLE FROM 3 - 45 min (depending on what they did) IF YOU FEEL THAT THEY DESERVE A TEMPBAN OR A PBAN CONTACT A HR OR A CR VIA IN THE GAME OR DISCARD
