Because of this strategic value, the small military presence in the islets are constantly challenged by raiders even before major construction begins. Any rank from Colonel and above can begin the raid via the terminal activation button. Once activated, raiders must hold the terminal for 15 minutes while the defenders can reverse the timer to their favor. -PMA Management 5/20/2020
