A luxurious penthouse located in the heart of New York, residence to many well-known celebrities and wealthy upperclassmen alike. Owned and constructed by several renown Communist architects succeeding Soviet Cold War victory in the name of Karl Marx. The penthouse houses 34 floors to the public although there's an additional floor above specialized for the use of the PFCP in which training and education is held.
