We highly aim to have a vast, and interactable open world of Vice City, and we hope to find help with this such as advanced builders, and scripters to help complete this project :) All images, audio, etc go to Rockstar Games, and those affiliated! No copyright is being intended. This purely being created for fun, and for the love of the Grand Theft Auto franchise.
