Welcome to Port Monarch, Sailors and Traders! This is a Port under the control of the RMTC, and got it's name from the Archipelago surrounding it. It is our southernmost port, and you can see some of our ships loading up or in the bay, and there are lots of officers to make sure the Tariff law stays in place! Have fun!
