In order to apply for Level - 0 you must be [Class - D] In order to apply for Level - 1 you must be [Level - 0] In order to apply for Level - 2 you must be [Level - 1] and in an department. In order to apply for ScD you must be [Level - 1]+ In order to apply for MD you must be [Level - 0]+ In order to apply for E&T you must be [Level - 0]+ In order to apply for LD you must be [Level - 0]+ In order to apply for DEO you must be [Level - 2]+ In order to apply for EC you must be [Level - 2]+ In order to apply for SD you must be [Level - 1]+
