Naval Training Carrier is a Kznetsov class aircraft carrier, it has been named Vasily in honor of the first and former admiral of the Russian Navy. The Aircraft carrier is currently stationed at the black sea, being simultaneously used for both tactical and basic training for all branches of the Armed Forces.
