Description (written by the developer; not a statement by this register)
After several commands from the very first artemis command were suddenly sent out to build MUTC many feared the danger of it being discovered, this was planned for though and therefour MCP was created as a centre of all other operations, at an undisclosed location it can be used for mass breifing and meetups of hundreds of mutineers. Its rumored that at MUTC a room in the Lambda Sector is really a super speed train leading to Artemis Command HQ, but who knows? And who am I who knows this. All questions. All anwsers. All unkown. "For the stronger force!"
