The City of Berun is the capital of the Empire, and the base of Military Headquarters and the Royal Family, among other jobs. While occasionally prone to insurgencies from rebel or anti-war/anti-Empire groups, Berun remains as one of the largest and best cities within the Empire, functioning as a base for many army groups between deployments.
