Installation - 08 is an fortified base to hold captured ITEMs and prisoners, located somewhat near the SCP Foundation's Area 108. After a exhausting power-struggle within the Chaos Insurgency. The Chaos Insurgency is a fraction of what it once was. The loyalist faction within the Insurgency maintains control of the installation, though broken and severly outdated.
