yes if you buy something and don't get it its cause you bought it before it released (which really doesn't happen unless you are between the few hour timer between the release of the gamepass and the update) EVERY ITEM IS NOT A PREORDER WHEN THE GAMEPASS RELEASES THE ITEM IS ALREADY DONE
