Shortly before many Anterian Factions joined together to form Velocity Nation, one faction known as Aleksic captured a fortress from the Anterian Dominion, to this day the outpost is used by Velocity Nation, and is named after the faction that captured it in memory of the risks they took to provide a voice for the people in perilous times.
