The meeting point of raiders and councils, overhauled. Was made in 1990 and is in lore the first facility. Will you explode the facility or fix it up and dont destroy it? heres some more lore: Was made originally in 1980 with the company GlitchTec and Phoni Corporation. Overhauled in 2010 since the facility once broke apart and killed 2 GlitchTec members.
