Leased by Cuba to Pacifica, San Amaro is a small Caribbean archipelago territory occupied by the Pacifican government. Opposed to Pacifican occupation of the islands, regional powers regularly contest foreign influence in the Caribbean through military force. Pastos Verdes is the smallest, most derelict island in San Amaro. It is home to the Catalina Naval Base, which headquarters the CDP-led CFOR, as well as a modestly sized civilian port. In order to maintain stability during attempts to combat foreign aggression on the archipelago, martial law is active on Pastos Verdes.
