Headless Head is a head that makes your head completely invisible. However, it is very small. It came with the Headless Horseman bundle and can be purchased for 13k. It goes onsale every October. If you have Headless Head equipped in your avatar, this will not make any changes to your avatar. This also goes for faceless heads or anything that covers up your head.
