Fell's Run, formerly known as Normar Heights, is a quiet and bustling town in eastern Rivenspire, just south of Northpoint. It is surrounded by rivers on all sides and has been pivotal in the defence of Northpoint. The town is home to the Edrald Estate and their large farms, and is notorious for its abundance of windmills.
