Hard Winter is a world built on the grounds of Lovecraftian horror and dystopian fiction; it is about a world profaned by the ambitions of man, scarred by the smoldering advancement of those higher above, in which affairs we have no say. The game’s world taking place in 2010, revolves around a town in Michigan under the name “Fairfield” that has been cursed in disguise by a fate far graver than the one met by the rest of the country.
