Buying items in game though the 'Open Icon' in top left of screen will result in a percentage of the funds being put into the group. This being 10% for game passes and 40% of catalog items not including limiteds. But you can't be a member of the group or it won't go through. If you are a member of the group and want to save this amount then leave and purchase your item/s from the game. After this rejoin the group and post on the wall that you purchased something through the game. Then wait a month for the funds to go through, there is a long processing period.
