Description (written by the developer; not a statement by this register)

If you happen to noclip out of reality in the wrong areas, you'll end up in a musty, damp place called the backrooms. If the smell of old carpet, the madness of mono-yellow wallpaper, and the flickering of humming lights doesn't get you, then the creatures that live inside sure will. that's a description of the backrooms. a terrifying liminal space. guess what? we managed to make it dumb. (kinda. it's still fairly horrifying) a multiplayer backrooms game about making your way through liminal spaces!
