Official ratios are 10v15. The defense leader has the power to adjust numbers to any 2:3 ratio at his will. No alternate/shared accounts. No packages except fake headless & headless. No frogging. No camo at all. Spamming or excessive flaming will result in a ban. Permanent bans cannot be appealed. HRs have the final word regarding all base rules and punishments given out.
