Description (written by the developer; not a statement by this register)
Outpost Harmony stands as a pivotal stronghold within the network of properties under the Wretched Association's domain. However, it is Fight.CO that holds direct ownership of Outpost Harmony, albeit under the vigilant oversight of the Wretched Association. This establishment serves as a focal point for the operations of the foundation's formidable rival GOI, presenting a high-stakes game where the Foundation's paramount objective is the retrieval of pilfered SCPs from its confines while Fight.CO operatives try to defend the SCPs to prevent the foundation from getting them back.
